Alice & James

Brimming over with glorious boho-chic and earthy vibes, this Suffolk wedding was such a colourful celebration. This was the perfect home-made wedding created with heaps of gorgeous, personal touches. The stunning flowers were grown in mum’s country garden and the bouquets and arrangements lovingly handmade. Even the amazing giant hay-bale pyramid, was made by dad. What a unique idea and it made a stunning backdrop.

Having photographed her sister’s wedding the previous year, it was such a pleasure to get together with the family once again. This time the ceremony was held in the local village church, just a short tractor ride away! And then back to her parents’ house to resume celebrations with garden games, hay-bale jumping and ice-creams.

On the land opposite stood a beautiful open marquee, which allowed us to watch the sun slowly set across the meadow and get cosy at night with open fires and ceilidh dancing. It doesn’t get much better than that!
